I have followed the evolution of Precise Pet Products for more than 15 years. In fact I assisted them in the early 1990's when they first formulated their pet foods. They utilized my dogs and cats while developing these products. Since that time they have up-graded both their dog and cat foods. Pro-bio tic's were added and no corn, wheat or by- products are used. These are meat based foods for carnivores, our cats and dogs. None of their ingredients have ever been purchased from China.
This company inspired me to write my first book on Animal Nutrition. Because of them I learned first hand what ingredients were necessary to produce a high quality pet food. This prompted me to read labels and understand the good from the bad. Furthermore it opened my eyes to a Pet Food Industry where profit margin often precedes the animal’s health and well-being nutritionally.
I have visited this company in their Texas location several times. Their state of the art facility is second to none and it is one of the very few companies that both produce and manufacture their products under one roof.

I have recently purchased and read your book upon recomendation from a friend of mine. I have noticed though that Precise has changed the top five ingredients of thier food. Have you changed the food you feed as well?
